Description
The Indoor Rental Employee will be responsible for professionally managing the indoor ASH Centre facility during rental times and maintaining a safe and clean atmosphere.
Responsibilities
The Indoor Rental Employee(s) of the World Baseball Academy will be expected to handle the following responsibilities with excellence:
- Professionally handle rotating rental groups on the exact transition time.
- Communicate with Rental Groups on schedules.
- Communicate with Rental Groups on cancellations due to inclement weather
- Manage the nonplaying areas to maintain safety standards.
- Restock the Vending Machines.
- To consistently clean the arena, lobby, hallways, staircases, and restrooms.
- To empty trash cans based on WBA cleaning standards.
- Lock-up the ASH Centre facility based on security protocol of the WBA.
Qualifications
Passion - The Indoor Rental Employee should have a desire to serve others with respect and enthusiasm and have a basic understanding sports.
Experience - The Indoor Rental Employee should have some experience with customer service.
Required Skill – Communication, Hard Working, Punctual, Self Motivator
Preferred Skill – n/a
Physical Requirements- There can be some minor manual labor involved.
