Boston says internships benefit everyone involved. She says employers use them to expand their recruiting and get to know potential employees. Students use them to explore career opportunities and possibly land a job.

Designed to fight the state's "brain drain," Indiana INTERNnet currently links more than 4,000 employers to students, colleges and universities, with more than 750 available internships posted. Founded in 2001, the program is celebrating its 10th anniversary with new online offerings.
