Setup

You have a 10’ booth space with an 8’ table and 2 chairs. Please do not bring displays larger than your area unless you ordered a double booth. If you do bring a larger display, Rose-Hulman asks that you arrive prior to the 9:00am registration time so that you can unload those items prior to high traffic times. Rose-Hulman does not allow large or very heavy items like vehicles in the Fair facility.

Rose Expo

Join Rose-Hulman for the Rose Expo and continental breakfast from 9:30-11:00 a.m. EDT. They anticipate over 50 student organizations and academic departments at the Expo sharing information and displaying their hands-on projects for you. This is a great opportunity to meet with faculty, meet and recruit student leaders, chat with diversity groups, and see a few of the engineering projects that students are working on.

  9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Rose Expo

11:00 a.m. -   4:00 p.m. Career Fair

11:30 a.m. -   2:00 p.m. Lunch provided
