We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking, team-oriented individual to contribute to the success of the company and its clients. This role is a true career building block within a first class organization with a bright future. This role will offer insight into the operations of our tech-driven sales organization. The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide support to the Account Management team by managing all inbound sales inquiries via company phone calls and website messages, developing and generating key reports within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, and working closely with all main company silos to improve the overall effectiveness of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and all levels of the organization.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities associated with sales and pricing processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the information systems used to execute and manage sales transactions (CRM, email system, etc.)
  • Support the Account Management team throughout the order to cash cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, order entry, order checking, inventory of classes, invoicing, and customer acknowledgements.
  • Coordinate schedules of Account Management team with qualified sales meetings and prospective client appointments. 
  • Answer overload telephone calls and website message inquiries in attempt to satisfy callers’ requests before passing to Account Management team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or related concentration preferred.
  • Excellent order entry skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills; able to operate efficiently in multiple systems.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mobile and web apps is a plus.
