Program & Exhibits Intern
Description
The Program and Exhibits Intern should be looking towards a career in event production. This internship will develop skills in organization, planning, implementation and building partnerships.
Responsibilities

Indiana Brewers’ Cup Competition

Indiana Beer and Wine Exhibition

Agriculture and Horticulture Building including the Culinary Stage and Hoosier Market

Indiana Arts Building
-
Indiana Bicentennial Programming and Exhibits

Young Hoosier State Piano Competition
Qualifications
-
An interest in Event Production and Operations
-
Must be at least 21 years of age
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Attention to detail and organization
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Team Player attitude – willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done!

Motivation, be a self-starter
Internships begin in late May or early June. Interns are required to stay through the entire duration of the State Fair: August 5-21, 2016. Internships are 40 hours/week with extended hours during the Fair and one month prior to opening.
