IT Intern

Description

Performs problem determination on PC, mobile devices, phones, printers, and other related technologies. Set-up deployments and performs initial training to users on PC equipment and software. Audits and enforces hardware/software standards set by IT department. Installs and troubleshoots PC applications (CAD, Office Suites, etc.) Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3-5 years of related experience. Must have a working knowledge of RDS, PC Support Configuration, LAN's, printers, mobile devices, hardware repairs, and basic software support for electronic spreadsheets, along with word processing software packages.

Must be willing to keep up with current technology with provided training and self-initiated learning. Requires the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization as well as great organization skills. Requires HS Diploma, as well as 2 years of college & industrial standard certifications. Must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a flexible work schedule.
