Marketing/Business Development Intern

Description

This is a 'hands on' internship.  The intern will be assigned daily and weekly tasks to inform the membership of ongoing product offerings. This will support the importance of time management as well as improved communication skills.  The intern will attend Business visits to develop relationship building and development.  The intern will also be directly involved in development of new advertising promotions.  The successful intern will walk away with a great understanding of all elements of both marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

The intern will be monitoring current marketing promotions and creating monthly reports on the progress.  The intern will also make community business visits to introduce REGIONAL opportunities to the businesses.

Qualifications

Education in Business Development, Marketing or Communication.
