The Citizenship Case Management (CM) assists CCEP clients with the process of applying for U.S. citizenship or Green Cards on a personalized basis. The CM also participates in and assist coordination of the CCEP by working closely with Program’s staff attorney and other case-managers in order to support coordination of outreach and services, overseeing quality assurance, and preparing pertinent data and narrative reports. The CM works with the program staff members and partners to oversee and track project expenditures; file cases; maintain the project’s financial records; and monitor grants, donations, and in-kind goods and services received.
