Description

Job Description: Continuud is looking for a creative social media intern to work in our marketing department. The social media intern is responsible for planning social media calendars, creating social media posts, and assisting the social media team with brainstorming campaigns.

To be successful as a social media intern you must have excellent knowledge of various social media platforms. A good social media intern combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful posts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Helping prepare for meetings.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Brainstorming campaign ideas.
  • Creating content for social media posts using Canva.
  • Managing the social media calendar.
  • Posting on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents such as reports for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Using various platforms, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to complete tasks.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Following and enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience with Canva.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset.
