Description

The primary function of the role is to work closely with the Marketing and Communications Department to execute and develop marketing projects. Assist with Dallara internal /external events, including the planning, running/executing and post event evaluation. This internship provides you with hands-on skills in PR/ Marketing/Social Media/ Event Planning.

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing team in the execution of all pre, during, and post-event initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team to execute local marketing activation program
  • Create content for social media ensuring all posts are on-brand and focused on increasing reach and engagement
  • Create monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites/platforms
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
  • Help create and edit short-form videos
  • Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
  • Maintains deep understanding of all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X) to include analytics
  • Any task related to the Month of May including: INDY GP and INDY 500

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong worth ethic and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude
  • Interest in motorsports and sports cars preferred
  • Experience with photo editing software and camera equipment -preferred
  • A curiosity to learn and grow
  • Knowledge and experience with on-trend social media shooting styles and editing for all social media platforms, color grading techniques, traditions, and post-production styling, storytelling, and after-effects for different social channels and various video and image mediums
  • Knowledge of photography techniques - preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity -preferred
  • Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks, take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results
