Description

ASH Interactive's internship program pairs students with full-time staff and incorporates them into project based experiences quickly. In addition to regular meeting/mentorship opportunities with a staff person, they also have regular interactions with our founder. This has proven valuable for past interns as they will be growsing their professional skillset while also learning how to network and gain confidence in seeking employment, Interns will be exposed to the complete project life cycle, from meeting clients and brainstorming solutions, to creating and delivering content. Constructive feedback reception and project revisioning are also pillars in our program.

Responsibilities

While our staff generally have siloed responsibilities, interns will have experiences that expose them to various areas of the marketing landscape, client interaction and general independent business principles. 

Their primary responsibilities will include assisting with social media marketing, website design/strategy, graphic design for print and digital deliverables, creating marketing calendars, planning/implementing small scale networking gatherings.

Qualifications

Soft skills are #1 in this role. Interns should be friendly, punctual, excited to learn and have hands-on experiences that will build their portfoliio, they should be able to work independently but be comfortable initiative conversations and seeking assistance. They will need to interview with our team and have the ability to carry on a comfortable conversation about marketing platforms, issues, techniques and past experiences. This internship will generally be applicable to well experienced upper classmen.
