Continuud is a Social Enterprise with a mission of improving access to healthcare for under-resourced communities. We are a diverse team of individuals passionate about making real, lasting improvements within our communities. 

We are looking for students studying in the field of Information Technology to join our Technology Department's Logistics Coordinator Internship. The primary function of this internship is to learn how to leverage Mobile Device Management platforms to deploy and manage the technology that helps communities access health services. You would work with our Technology team to process and deploy hardware, configure customized software solutions, provide troubleshooting and customer support, and assist with managing supply chain activities. You will support the Chief Technology Officer in coordinating the transport and storage of products and materials. 

To be successful in this role, you should be able to maintain records in digital databases, organize and manage physical inventory, and communicate clearly and effectively. Ultimately, a top-notch Logistics Coordinator Intern should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to control the flow of incoming and outgoing technology with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring hardware to order specifications.
  • Communicating with customers and vendors.
  • Monitoring technology performance and engagement.
  • Using MDM solutions to manage deployed hardware.
  • Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
  • Developing and communicating project and order schedules.
  • Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
  • Assisting customers and resolving issues and complaints.
  • Preparing and maintaining records and digital databases.
  • Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well organized.
  • Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.
